Refund & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how the QINGHE reports are delivered, when we refund in full, and the rights you keep under the law where you live.

Last updated: October 2026

QINGHE is operated by KANG FU LIN LIMITED. This policy forms part of our Terms of Use.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the two paid QINGHE products: the Core Report at US$9.90 and the Premium Report at US$19.90. The assessment itself is free and involves no payment.

Core Report — US$9.90

The Core Report is a digital report that becomes available to read on this site as soon as your payment is confirmed. Delivery begins immediately; it does not wait for a review step.

Because the whole product is delivered to you at once, we do not offer a voluntary refund if you simply change your mind after reading it. This does not affect the cases in section 5, and it does not affect any right given to you by the consumer law where you live.

Premium Report — US$19.90

The Premium Report is delivered in two stages. The digital report becomes available as soon as your payment is confirmed, and a review of your answers by our wellness team follows, ending with a final PDF sent to your email address.

Because the second stage is work we have not yet done at the moment you pay, a Premium purchase is not treated as fully delivered until the final PDF has been sent. If we cannot complete the review, we refund in full.

If you pay to upgrade a Core Report to a Premium Report, the upgrade is judged on what it actually delivers: the part of the upgrade that has not been performed when we refund is refunded too.

Delivery times

Core Report: available on this site as soon as your payment is confirmed.

Premium Report: the digital report is available as soon as your payment is confirmed, and we aim to complete the human review and send the final PDF within two business days.

If a report has not reached you in the form described here, that is a delivery problem, and section 5 applies.

When we refund in full

We refund the full amount you paid for the affected purchase when:

  • A report you paid for is not delivered, and we cannot deliver it.
  • You are charged twice for the same purchase, or charged for a purchase you did not place.
  • A technical fault on our side prevents you from receiving or reading the report you paid for, and we cannot fix it for you.
  • You asked us to cancel before the review work began and the cancellation was not actioned.

If part of what you paid for was delivered and part was not, we refund the part that was not.

Your statutory rights

The consumer law of your country may give you guarantees, remedies or cancellation rights that apply to this purchase. Those rights apply in addition to this policy, and nothing here replaces, reduces or excludes them.

Where such a right applies to you, you can rely on it even if the situation is not listed in section 5.

How to request a refund

Write to payments@qinghewell.com and say that it is a refund request.

It helps if you include the email address you bought with, the date of the purchase, and what went wrong. You do not need to provide anything beyond that, and you do not need to explain why if your local law gives you the right regardless.

How a refund is paid

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. We action an approved refund promptly; the time it then takes to appear is set by your bank or payment provider rather than by us.

Contact

Any question about delivery or a refund goes to payments@qinghewell.com.

We read everything sent to that address. A reply service is not yet confirmed, so we cannot promise a reply time.
