What QINGHE is
QINGHE is an educational wellness service. It offers an online self-assessment inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, together with written reports generated from your own answers.
QINGHE does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The assessment and the reports are general educational material; they are not a clinical record and are not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.
Reports and prices
Taking the assessment is free. Two paid products are available:
- Core Report — US$9.90. A digital report based on your assessment answers, presented as an online report that you read on this site.
- Premium Report — US$19.90. Everything in the Core Report, plus a review of your answers by our wellness team and a final PDF sent to your email address.
Prices are shown in United States dollars (USD). The price that applies to your order is the price shown when you place it.
Orders and payment
Your order is created only after our payment provider confirms that your payment has been received. Until that confirmation there is no order, and no paid report is unlocked.
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card details.
If your payment is taken but no report becomes available, write to us at the address in section 10 and we will put it right.
Delivery
The Core Report is a digital product. Once your payment is confirmed, it becomes available to read on this site.
The Premium Report also includes a human review. We aim to complete that review within two business days of confirming your payment, and the final PDF is then sent to the email address you used at checkout.
If you have not received the report we describe here, write to us and we will investigate and correct it.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. It explains when we refund in full — for example, when a report is not delivered, when a payment is taken twice, or when a technical fault prevents you from receiving what you paid for.
Nothing in that policy or in these Terms removes a right or remedy that the consumer law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt it, to copy it for commercial use, or to use it to harm anyone else.
A report is prepared for the individual who ordered it. It is personal educational material, not a document you may rely on as clinical or professional advice for someone else.
Limitation of liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise any particular health outcome, because the reports are general educational material rather than advice tailored to your medical circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by the law that applies to you, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or of a report.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and liability for fraud.
Your statutory rights and applicable law
Where the consumer law of your country gives you a guarantee, a remedy or a right of cancellation that applies to your purchase, it applies in addition to these Terms, and these Terms do not replace it.
Because our readers are in many countries, we do not present the law of any single country as governing every purchase. If you are unsure how your local law applies, write to us.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service develops. The version that applies to your order is the version published at the time you placed it.
